College Recruiting Mentor
Personalized guidance for parents and high school athletes navigating the recruiting process. Clients receive strategic insights for effective college recruiting and career decisions. Athletes are given tools to effectively communicate their skills and strengths, and parents are provided tools to help support their child in making their decisions.
The intro call is an opportunity to ask questions about this service. And we periodically offer a workshop for parents to ask general questions about the recruiting process.

Confident Leadership™️ Workshops
Skill-building for female athletes that value high performance. It is never too early to grow leadership skills, however, it may be difficult for coaches to put as much time as needed into developing these skills.
Confident leadership workshops are designed to be in group settings, to spark discussion, enhance skills, and build confidence to prepare for life's transitions.
The workshop is well paired with our 3-month package of the Recruiting Consultation.
Life Coaching for Women
Life coaching for women supports busy women through life’s transitions—offering clarity, confidence, and calm. We help women navigate responsibilities, self-doubt, communication challenges, and evolving purpose so they can rediscover peace and their full potential.
