I’m a two-time Olympian and Olympic finalist for Barbados—the first from my country to reach an Olympic final. That experience shaped my leadership philosophy and passion for developing confident, resilient athletes.

With over 20 years of collegiate coaching experience and a master’s degree in Sport and Exercise Psychology, I’ve recruited hundreds of student-athletes and now support families as a College Recruiting Consultant—helping them navigate the process with clarity and confidence.

My work goes beyond performance, focusing on leadership development for high school and college athletes, especially female swimmers. Through coaching and lived experience, I help individuals navigate change, build resilience, and move forward with purpose.
