Leah is a two-time Barbadian Olympian and Olympic finalist - the first from her country to reach an Olympic final. Her experience shaped her leadership philosophy and passion for developing confident, resilient athletes.

With over 20 years of collegiate coaching experience and a master’s degree in Sport and Exercise Psychology, she has recruited hundreds of student-athletes and now support families as a Recruiting Mentor —supporting them navigate the process with clarity and confidence.

Through her lived experience as an athlete and her coaching, Leah helps individuals navigate change, build resilience, and move forward with purpose. She is passionate about empowering high achieving females unlock their infinite potential to help them lead with greatness and self-trust.
