Confident Leadership Workshop

The Confident Leadership Workshop is a five-hour virtual leadership series designed to help female athletes unlock their unlimited potential by developing and strengthening specific skills to lead with integrity, grace, and self-trust. The program teaches young women to start their leadership journey by learning how to understand themselves before stepping into a role of a leader. I believe that intentionally strengthening these specific skills leads to increased team pride, more empathy towards teammates, higher confidence in their ability which leads to better performance athletically and academically. Through structured activities, guided discussions, practical communication tools, and athlete-specific scenarios, participants will be provided a safe space to express their thoughts, learn from peers, and be given the opportunity to think deeply about who they are and how they want to be perceived. This experience is set up to give them permission to be GREAT; to teach them to seek excellence; and to help them understand that high-level performance does not happen from luck.
